Dear Students Leaders,
1. CCAC, SC and Unity Council combined meeting will be on the 15th January 2011, Saturday at 9.30am. Please informed your fellow councillors about the meeting.
2. Before you attend the meeting, you need to complete this online form. Please read the front page of the form carefully before proceeding to the fill in the form.
   
    Click http://tiny.cc/hcsip to fill up the form.
    All student leaders from Sec 2, Sec 3, Sec 4 and Sec 5 must fill up this form so that your personal records will be updated.
    Sec 4 and 5 student leaders need not fill in the last page of the form. You may just put N.A. as your answer to all the questions on the last page.
    All of you must complete the form by 14th January 2011, 2pm.
Lastly, please do not be late for the meeting. Latecommers to be dealt with. Please inform your respectively Level ICs (written below) if you are unable to attend the meeting.

LowerSec Recess Duty

Lower Sec Recess Duty
·   Duty will start at 9.45 am everyday.
·   Please report to Aldon, for shift one, and report to Jocelyn, for shift two, near the SC notice board.
·   You are NOT allowed to leave your class 5 minutes before recess starting from 2011.
·   There will be shift one and shift two for your recess duty. Shift one will start the first 15 minutes of recess while shift two personel will have their breakfast. At 10.00 am shift two personel will take over the duty while shift one personel will have their breakfast.

Secondary One Registration 2010. (Super Edited)

Hi to all those involved in Secondary One Registration, there is a change in the job allocation. This is because quite alot of people have backed out of the event due to CCAs and camps. I have no choice but to shift some of you to do other jobs/ to other classes so that the total manpower can be evenly distributed. Please take note of the changes, AND PLEASE REMEMBER WHICH CLASS ARE YOU IN AND WHAT DUTIES YOU ARE HOLDING ON TO. Bigthanks.
